About me

I am a female counsellor offering one to one sessions. I work with adults only, both male and female. My particular areas of interest are: depression, anxiety, stress, anger, separation/divorce, loss, domestic abuse, rape and sexual assault, self- esteem and self- worth, spirituality, effects of racism, identity & belonging,  and personal development. However, many people are unsure of exactly what they would identify as their own particular issue and just feel that, generally, life feels unsatisfactory to them and I am also very much interested in this area.

My practice is located in South Woodford E18,  and the Gestalt Centre, Kings Cross.

What you can expect from counselling

You can expect to be heard, to be respected and valued.

Your counselling sessions would normally take place weekly and provides a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space in which you can truly be yourself and have the time to focus entirely on you and your concerns.

We would work together to help you to gain a fuller understanding of yourself, your particular difficulties and how you might begin to address them.
